FAQ’s

How do I know when my shrimp is cooked?

Raw shrimp is a translucent gray. When the shrimp is cooked, it should be an opaque white with some pink and bright red accents. The shrimp will also curl into a tighter ‘C’ shape. Do not eat the shrimp if it is gray or translucent after cooking.

Are your nutritional values based on the whole recipe, or per serving? Thank you.

      Hi Paula,
This is for 4 small servings. If you split the whole thing say in half for 2 people, you would double the number stated in the nutritional facts.

Why is the sodium content so high in one portion ?

        Hi Paula,
It should have less sodium, but unfortunately the the nutrition calculations doesn’t have the no salt seasoning so it picks up the normal ones with sodium. I may have to strike out that ingredient on the nutrition fact because it does scare people.
