FAQ’s

What to serve with these Cheesy Broccoli Bites

You can have these Baked Broccoli Bites as a snack, app or a side. As a side this goes so well with loads of recipes. Here’s some ideas:

Variations

I used a Mexican cheese blend but you could go for Italian too or keep it simple with some sharp cheddar. Blue cheese also works a dream with broccoli, it’s tangy richness goes so well with this vibrant veggie.

You can also give the baked broccoli bites a spicy kick with some chili flakes, but add the flakes near the end of the bake, to avoid them burning.

Storing these Cheesy Broccoli Bites

You can, just cool then place in an airtight container. For quick reheating, use the microwave, or you can reheat in the oven. These Baked Broccoli Bites also can also be frozen, although they can lose their texture somewhat. Thaw then reheat at 180C/350F for about 5 minutes.
