- Make the marinade – Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour on the fish.
- Bake – Garnish the tray with lemon and chili than bake for 12-15 mins.

Spicy Lemon Garlic Baked Tilapia
Ingredients
- 6 pieces tilapia fillet
- 2 large lemons, juiced
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
- 1/2 tsp salt, taste before adding
- 3 tbsps. olive oil
- 2 tbsps. honey sriracha seasoning, used McCormick
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 tbsps. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1-2 whole chili peppers, optional, for garnishing
- lemon wedges, optional, for garnishing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and arrange the fillets.
- In a bowl, mix the remainder of the ingredients together to make the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over on the tilapia. You can now arrange some of the lemon and chili peppers for garnishing on the tray around the tilapias or do it after baking.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
- Remove and garnish with more fresh cilantro if needed before serving.
