How To Make Sushi Bake
- Prepare the equipment. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 8X8 square pan with oil and keep it aside.
- Prepare the rice. In a medium bowl, combine cooked sushi rice and rice vinegar. Mix it well and keep it aside.
- Prepare the spicy crab. In another medium bowl, combine imitation crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise and sriracha. Mix it well and keep it aside.
- Form the rice. Now transfer the rice mixture to the prepared square pan and press the rice firmly to form a uniform layer. Sprinkle about a tablespoon of furikake over the rice layer evenly.
- Layer the crab meat and bake. Then spread the crab mixture over the rice and spread to form a uniform layer. Bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish. Once done, allow the baked sushi to rest for 10 minutes. Arrange the avocado slices on top and sprinkle with the remaining furikake seasonings. Garnish it with green onions and a drizzle of sriracha on top.
- Serve. Slice them into equal squares and serve them on a nori sheet to enjoy.
