  • It’s fast. Prep in 10, cook in 10 and enjoy a wonderful appetizer.
  • Perfect for entertaining. Do all the prep work for these egg rolls in advance, and air fry them just before serving.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bake this seafood eggroll recipe?

While baking is my least favorite method for cooking egg rolls, it can be done. Brush the egg rolls with oil on both sides. Place the egg rolls on a sheet pan lined that has been lined with foil or on a sheet pan with a baking rack. Brush both sides of the eggroll with oil. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the eggrolls halfway through cooking and brush with additional oil as needed.

Can I use canned salmon?

When you make salmon at home, it’s easy to make an extra filet or two to use in this recipe. However, you can easily substitute canned salmon when fresh salmon isn’t available. The final results will be just as delicious.

Can I make egg rolls in advance?

Egg rolls are perfect for making ahead. Prepare the filling up to 24 hours in advance, then roll and air fry just before serving. To store these egg rolls longer, freeze them until you are ready to air fry them.

How do I store and reheat spicy salmon and rice egg rolls?

Store the spicy salmon and rice egg rolls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to several days. To reheat, add the eggrolls to a 400 degrees F air fryer for 4-5 minutes or until heated through, flipping halfway through the cooking time.

Can I freeze salmon egg rolls?

Yes! Assemble the egg rolls and freeze them before air frying. You can lay them on a baking sheet and flash freeze them before placing them in a freezer bag. To cook them, add them directly from the freezer to the air fryer and cook as directed. You will likely need to add 1-2 minutes to the cooking time.

What to serve with salmon egg rolls?

These salmon egg rolls make a great appetizer when serving your favorite Asian dishes like Sweet and Spicy Asian Chicken, Crispy Honey Sesame Chicken and Panda Express Honey Walnut Shrimp.
