  • Heavy Cream – While you can substitute half and half, the sauce will not be as creamy. 
  • Seasoning –  Combine dried Italian seasonings, crushed red chili flakes, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.

For meat sauce

  • Olive Oil – Use your favorite light, neutral-flavored oil. 
  • Aromatics – Saute minced garlic and chopped yellow onion.
  • Chicken – Use lean ground chicken or substitute with ground beef or Italian sausage. 
  • Seasoning – Season well with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
  • Spaghetti Sauce – Use your favorite spaghetti sauce or use canned tomato sauce.

How To Make Spaghetti Alfredo

  • Prepare the equipment. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
  • Cook the pasta. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the water and set it aside to use later.
