  • Olive Oil: Or use your favorite light, neutral-flavored oil. 
  • Parmesan cheese: Use freshly grated cheese whenever possible. 
  • Seasoning: A combination of garlic powder, Italian seasonings, black pepper and salt to taste, flavor these fried pasta chips.
  • Chopped Parsley: to garnish.

How To Make Air Fryer Pasta Chips

  • Prepare the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions minus 1 minute and transfer the cooked pasta to a large bowl.

  • Season the pasta. Drizzle the olive oil and toss. Add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasonings, black pepper and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Prepare the equipment. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  • Air fry Pasta chips. Arrange the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket and top with cooking spray again. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until they turn crispy and golden. 
  • Garnish and serve. Garnish the pasta chips with fresh parsley and serve with marinara sauce.

Tips To Make TikTok Pasta Chips

  • Cook the pasta 1 minute less than recommended. 
  • Drain the pasta well before proceeding with the recipe. 
  • Cook the pasta up to 2-3 days in advance and store it in the fridge. Toss the cooked pasta with a small amount of oil to prevent it from sticking together. Rinse and drain the pasta befoer continuing with the recipe. 
  • Toss the pasta with the oil and seasonings until all of the pasta is well coated. 
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. The pasta should be cooked in a single layer. 
  • Shake the air fryer basket a few times while the pasta chips cook.
