  • Grapes: I used seedless red grapes cut in half. You can also use green grapes.

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, cubed into bite size
  • 2 cups apples, cored and chopped
