How To Make Boursin Cheese Pasta

Step 1: Prepare the pasta. Cook the linguine pasta in salted water following the pasta instructions. Drain the water and set it aside. 

Saute onions and garlic in a skillet.

Step 2: Sautè onions and garlic. Heat a large skillet with butter. Once the butter is melted, add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes. 

Gently melt the boursin cheese.

Step 3: Add the Boursin. Stir in the heavy cream along with the Boursin cheese. Break down the cheese with the help of a ladle and cook for 2 minutes until everything comes together.

Step 4: Wilt the spinach. Add the chopped spinach and cook until it’s wilted in the creamy sauce. 

Stir parmasan cheese and pepper into cheese sauce.

Step 5: Season with cheese and spices. Add the Parmesan cheese along with the seasonings—salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Step 6: Toss pasta. Once the cheese is melted, add the cooked pasta along with ½ cup of pasta water. Toss it until everything is well combined.
