Parmesan Roasted Carrots

Crispy parmesan roasted glazed carrots take only minutes to prepare using simple ingredients like fresh garlic, Italian seasoning, parmesan and butter.

Prep the Carrots


Wash, peel the skin and cut the carrots into 3-inch pieces. Transfer them to a bowl.

Coat the carrots


In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except parmesan and parsley. Pour them over the carrots and mix.



Sprinkle with parmesan and toss. Spread the carrots and bake until the carrots are tender.



Once done, sprinkle the roasted carrots with chopped parsley and serve.
