Recipe notes and tips

  • Use a pre heated oven.
  • You can use pre made pizza dough, or make your own.
  • To help the pizza dough come out nice and bubbly, create little air pockets by poking the dough with a fork and brush with olive oil.
  • You can use a round or square pizza pan but make sure it’s a non stick pan.
  • Be sure not to use a super soft kind of mozzarella cheese so you don’t end up with too much water on your pizza. If that’s all you have, keep an eye on the pizza and occasionally drain the excess water with paper towel.
  • Allow the Mediterranean Pizza to cool before serving.
