  • Pasta
  • Veggies: cherry tomatoes, artichokes, red onions.

  • Greek Dressing: lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, red wine vinegar, black pepper, pepper flakes, salt, Dijon, light mayo, garlic.

How to make this Tuna Pasta Salad recipe

  • Cook Pasta: Cook according to package instruction – al dente.
  • Make the Greek dressing: In a small bowl mix the dressing ingredients.
  • Assemble: In a large bowl add the pasta and rest of the salad ingredients. Toss with Greek dressing.
  • Garnish, serve and enjoy!

  • When cooking the pasta, after dropping it into the boiling water, stir immediately to avoid the pasta sticking to the pan.
  • If you want your salad less oily, choose tuna packed in water.
  • Be sure to drain your pasta well and rinse with cold water before mixing the salad.

  • Keep chilled until ready to serve.

Greek Tuna Pasta Salad

This delicious and easy Tuna Pasta Salad recipe is loaded with Greek flavor! Golden pasta, chunky tuna, olive and more with a Greek dressing.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
  • cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ¾ cup Kalamata olives, pitted, and cut in half
  • cup marinated artichoke, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, petite diced
  • 2 4 oz. chunky tuna, in oil or water
  • ¾ cup feta cheese

Greek Dressing

  • cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¾ tsp. oregano leaves, dry
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp. black pepper, fresh cracked
  • ½ tsp. pepper flakes, or less
  • ½ tsp. salt, more or less to taste
  • 1 tbsps. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsps. light mayo
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced, or less per preference

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
  • In a small cup or bowl, mix the Greek Dressing ingredients. Set aside.
  • Slice the tomatoes in half, and finely dice the red onion.
  • Once the pasta has cooked, drain and run it under some cold water. Drain again very well and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add in the tuna, artichoke, Kalamata olives, diced onions, feta cheese and then pour over the Greek dressing. Toss to mix everything together.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with some lemon wedges and fresh oregano if you have some.
