How To Make Creamy Tortellini Pasta

Step 1: Prepare the equipment. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with oil and set it aside.

Step 2: Cook the tortellini. Cook the frozen tortellini in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 3: Make roux. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, sprinkle in the flour and cook for a minute.

Step 4: Saute garlic in roux. Add minced garlic and cook for a couple more minutes.

Step 5: Add broth. Stir in chicken broth and cook for 3 minutes.
