How to Make Dubai Strawberry Cups

If you prefer your ganache to be more fluid, add in 1 tbsp more heavy cream at a time to reach desired consistency.

Recipe Tips
- Use sweet strawberries for better flavor.
- Make your pistachio cream at home for a cleaner version. Store bought pistachio cream have a lot of additives and preservatives.
- It’s best to make the chocolate ganache instead of using melted chocolate if you are not consuming right away. Chocolate will harden up in the fridge.
- I recommend storing all ingredients separately and assemble every time you’re ready to eat this way the ingredients stay fresh and crunchy.
Common Questions
