of Angus Rib Eye Steak
48 oz

Sam’s Choice Black Pepper
Fresh Ground

Great Value Extra Virgin Olive Oil

small bag of golden potatoes
1.5 lbs (found at the marketside market at Walmart), cut in halves

Large Bunch of Asparagus
trimmed
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredient together in a bowl.
Sprinkle the rub onto all of the ingredients and place them on the sheet pan
Brush the olive oil onto the sheet pan ingredients and bake for 30 minutes on 400 degrees.
Remove and serve. Grate some fresh parmesan on top for garnishing.
Notes
If you prefer the steak to have a dark brown coat, you can pan sear it on high heat on each side for a few minute before grilling them in the oven.
