Roasted Air Fryer Diced Potatoes

These diced Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are quick, easy to make, and require minimal ingredients. Enjoy it with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish for any protein of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium russet potatoes washed very well, cut into 1" cubes
  • 3 tbsps. olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp. Tuscan garlic seasoning I used McCormick brand, use your favorite
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. black pepper fresh cracked
  • ½ tsp. salt or more to taste
  • ½ tsp. crushed rosemary dry or fresh is you prefer

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Wash the potatoes and cube them. Rinse with cold water and pat them dry. Transfer them to a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, and seasonings until evenly coated.
  • Transfer and spread the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Air fry in two batches if needed.
  • Once the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer. Transfer the potatoes to a dish and serve while warm.
