Avocado Mango Salad

- 2 small mangoes peeled and cubed
- 4 whole avocadoes peeled and cubed
- 1 whole lemon juiced
- 1 large clove garlic mashed
- ¾ tsp. salt or less to taste
- 2 tbsp. cilantro finely chopped
- ½ small red onion finely diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2-3 tbsps. olive oil more or less per preference
Dice the onions and mince the garlic.
Peel the avocados and mangoes and cube them into small pieces. Cut tomatoes into halves.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and squeeze in the juice of one lemon. Add the salt and olive oil.
Toss to mix together well.
Enjoy by itself of serve as a side dish.
