Baked BBQ Chicken Bites are a delicious entree or appetizer. Tender baked chicken bites are topped with sweet and spicy honey BBQ sauce that’s sticky and delicious. Serve with your favorite sides for a super simple main dish.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a parchment over a baking sheet and keep it aside.
Season the chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix it well and set it aside.
In a medium bowl, place the flour, and in another bowl, whisk the eggs with milk and keep it aside.
Dredge the chicken pieces first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and then back to the flour until well coated.
Arrange the chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly golden by flipping the chicken halfway through.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, prepare the sauce by combining BBQ sauce, ketchup and honey. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Once the chicken bites are out of the oven, place the chicken in a large bowl and pour the prepared sauce over it and toss until the sauce is evenly coated.
Garnish the chicken bites with fresh parsley and serve with celery along the sides.
