Pineapple Orange Smoothie
- 1½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup Florida's Natural No Pulp Orange Juice
- 2-3 tbsps. honey more or less based on your preference
- ½ cup ice cubes
Tropical Orange Smoothie
- 1½ cup tropical mix frozen fruit chunks
- ½ cup frozen red dragon fruit chunks
- ¾ cup Florida's Natural No Pulp Orange Juice
- 2-3 tbsps. honey more or less based on your preference
- ice cube optional if needed
Peach N' Orange Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup Florida's Natural No Pulp Orange Juice
- 2-3 tbsps. raw honey
- 2 tbsps. grenadine syrup optional, for base of the cup
- ice cubes optional, if needed
Depending on which smoothie you make, place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more or less ice and orange juice, depending on your preferred consistency.
Pour into a cup and garnish with mint or fruit and serve.
- Feel free to adjust the honey to suit your taste.

cold water. Put it in the freezer for 5-7 minutes. You now have frosted cups for
