- 4 cups chicken broth
- 7 ounce stelline pasta
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese divided
To a medium Dutch oven, add the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
Add the stelline pasta and cook for 8-9 minutes, until almost 90% done.
Season the pasta with salt and pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of butter, followed by 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
Once done, serve the pasta with a drizzle of the remaining melted butter and garnish with Parmesan cheese to enjoy.
