How to Make Oat Milk
You’re not going to believe just how easy it is to make oat milk at home. It only takes a couple of ingredients to make creamy oat milk.

Ingredients

cup
oats
old fashion rolled oats.

cups
filtered water
1
tbsp
maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Add the oats, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into the blender along with filtered water and blend for 30 seconds.
Place the fine mesh strainer over a bowl and pour the oat milk through.
If desired, strain the oat milk twice.
Transfer to an airtight jar and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Shake well before using. Oat milk is best consumed chilled.
Notes
For creamier oat milk, use less water. For thinner oat milk, use more water.
