Hawaiian Roll Turkey Sliders

Warm, cheesy, and packed with flavor—these sliders are the perfect way to use up leftover turkey. Layer cranberry sauce, pepper jack cheese, deli turkey, and avocado on sweet rolls, then brush with a buttery garlic-parsley glaze and bake until golden.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack hawaiian sweet rolls or slider buns 20 count
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 10 slices pepper jack cheeses divided
  • 10 slices leftover turkey slices or deli turkey
  • 2 large ripe avocados sliced (optional)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Slice the slider buns horizontally and set the tops aside.
  • Place the bottom halves on a baking tray. Spread a layer of cranberry sauce, then add 5 slices of pepper jack cheese. Layer deli turkey slices over the cheese, followed by another layer of cheese slices and avocado slices (optional).
  • Cover with the top halves of the buns. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over the sliders.
  • Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let the sliders rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use soft, sturdy buns: Hawaiian rolls are perfect—they hold up well and add a touch of sweetness.
  • Cover while baking: Use foil for the first half of baking to keep sliders soft, then uncover to crisp the tops.
  • Serve warm: These are best fresh out of the oven, but they reheat well too!
