- 2 lb chicken breasts cut into bite sized cubes
- ½ cup pickle juice
- ½ cup butter milk or whole milk
- 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley to garnish
Pat dry the bite-sized chicken cubes with a kitchen towel and set them aside.
In a large bowl, combine pickle juice, milk, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, pepper, and paprika.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a grill pan with oil. Once the oil is heated, add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
Once done, garnish the chicken nuggets with parsley and serve with your favorite dip.
