- 1 ½ lb baby red potatoes sliced into halves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
- Chopped parsley garnish
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees F.
Wash and dry the potatoes with a kitchen towel. Cut the potatoes vertically into halves, then transfer them to a medium bowl.
Pour in the olive oil along with the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything comes together.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and toss until well-coated on the potatoes.
Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Shake basket halfway through.
Once done, garnish the potatoes with chopped parsley and serve while they're still warm.
