For Chicken
- 2 lb skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
For Butter Sauce
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- lemon wedges for garnish
- chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Add the chicken pieces, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley to a large bowl. Toss the chicken until evenly coated with the seasonings. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers. Push the pieces toward the ends of the skewers and distribute them evenly.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Arrange the chicken skewers in a single layer. Air fry for 10 minutes. Flip the skewers and cook for an additional 8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the honey, parsley, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
Brush the butter sauce over the cooked chicken skewers. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
