For Chicken
- 2 lb skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
For Butter Sauce
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Lemon wedges to garnish
- Chopped fresh parsley to garnish
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients for seasoning the chicken: chicken pieces, oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Ensure the chicken pieces are well coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers, pushing them to the ends of the skewers. Ensure the chicken pieces are evenly distributed.
