Cheesy Popovers

Popovers come in all flavors and profiles – sweet to savory and everything in between. A golden-brown, crispy exterior with a soft interior, makes every bite a burst of cheesy deliciousness.

Prepare the batter


In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Fold in the cheese and green onions. Set aside.



Pour the prepared batter into each slot of the popover pan, filling them almost to the top.

Bake the popovers


Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature and continue baking for an additional 12-15 minutes.

Cool and serve


Pierce the tops of the popovers with a butter knife. Cool. Slice and serve them with butter to enjoy.
