There is nothing better than enjoying a homemade smoothie on a hot day! Here's how you can make an Orange Smoothie 3 Ways with simple wholesome ingredients.

Ingredients

Pineapple Orange Smoothie

  • cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup Florida's Natural No Pulp Orange Juice
  • 2-3 tbsps. honey more or less based on your preference
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Tropical Orange Smoothie

  • cup tropical mix frozen fruit chunks
  • ½ cup frozen red dragon fruit chunks
  • ¾ cup Florida's Natural No Pulp Orange Juice
  • 2-3 tbsps. honey more or less based on your preference
  • ice cube optional if needed

Peach N' Orange Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup Florida's Natural No Pulp Orange Juice
  • 2-3 tbsps. raw honey
  • 2 tbsps. grenadine syrup optional, for base of the cup
  • ice cubes optional, if needed

Instructions

  • Depending on which smoothie you make, place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more or less ice and orange juice, depending on your preferred consistency.
  • Pour into a cup and garnish with mint or fruit and serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the honey to suit your taste.
  • Want these to be extra cold? Grab your smoothie cups and fill them with ice then
    cold water. Put it in the freezer for 5-7 minutes. You now have frosted cups for
    the smoothies!
  • You can garnish these drinks with a variety of fresh herbs and fruits as an easy
    way to get your kids to eat more fruit!
