Prep the salmon

To a bowl, add cream cheese and combine the spinach and other ingredients.

Stuff the salmon


Fill the salmon pockets with prepared spinach cheese filling with the help of the spoon.

Pan-fry the salmon


Pan-fry both sides of the salmon until crispy and golden. Transfer to a plate.

Make a pan sauce


To the same skillet add butter and lemon juice. Simmer. Add the salmon back. Cook for a minute.

Garnish and serve


Garnish with lemon wedges, parsley, and serve.
