Buckeye Candy Balls

Buckeye candy balls are an easy Christmas candy you can make in advance. Bite-sized chocolate peanut butter balls are perfect for gift-giving and serving at a party.

Make the dough

In the bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate. Beat to form a dough.

Make the balls

Scoop the dough and roll it into a ball. Place it onto the tray. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Dip in chocolate

Dip the peanut butter into the melted chocolate. Leave a small circle of peanut butter visible on top.

Smooth and refrigerate

Shake off any excess chocolate. Refrigerate balls. Serve well chilled.
