Toast your bread in the toaster or oven.

Open and remove the seed.

Scoop the avocados into a bowl, add in a splash of lemon juice, and season. Smash with a fork.

Spread avocados on toasted bread and top with egg.
– If the avocado is too firm, leave it on your countertop to ripen. – When bringing avocados home, store unripe avocados on the counter, out of direct sunlight.
