This Air Fryer Salmon recipe serves up the most tender and delicious salmon! Flaky, succulent salmon with a crisp, seasoned coating.

  • Air Fryer


  • 4 8 oz. salmon I used MOWI salmon
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ¾ tsp. cumin powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper fresh cracked
  • ½ tsp salt
  • olive oil spray


  • Preheat the air fryer to
  • Mix all the spices and salt in a little bowl and then sprinkle onto the salmon to coat on all sides.
  • Transfer the salmon pieces into the air fryer and generously spray them. Cook for 7-8 minutes. When the timer goes off, insert a fork into the salmon and make sure it's cooked through. Cook time will depend on the size and thickness of your salmon.
  • Remove from the air fryer, place on a dish and garnish with some fresh parsley and lemon wedges.


  • Use a preheated air fryer.
  • Cook time can vary based on the thickness of the salmon.
  • Make sure the fillets don't overlap in the air fryer, so they cook evenly.
  • Air fryer's settings can vary, so check in on the salmon, for doneness. Things cook fast, sometimes another minute more is all it needs.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon.
