Avocado Mango Salad
This easy and delicious Avocado Mango Salad is made of simple ingredients and it's a very popular summer salad recipe for all your grilled recipes!
Dice the onions and mince the garlic.
Peel the avocados and mangoes and cube them into small pieces. Cut tomatoes into halves.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and squeeze in the juice of one lemon. Add the salt and olive oil.
Toss to mix together well.
Enjoy by itself of serve as a side dish.
