Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • Chopped cilantro to garnish
  • Lemon wedges to serve

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 380 degrees F.
  • Mix the spices together in a small bowl/plate; turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the spices over the cauliflower florets and pour the olive oil. Toss them to coat well.
  • Add the parmesan cheese and toss it again until evenly coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry them for 10-12 minutes until the cauliflower turns golden brown.
  • Once done, transfer the cauliflower to a serving platter, garnish with cilantro, and serve it with your favorite dip and lemon wedges on the sides.

Notes

  • Avoid cauliflower with brown spots.
  • Wash and dry the cauliflower before cutting.
  • Use a sharp knife when cutting the cauliflower into florets.
  • Cut the florets into similar-sized pieces for even cooking.
  • Check out our post for tips on how to cut cauliflower.
  • For better texture, fresh cauliflower is preferred over frozen cauliflower.
  • Customize the seasoning to your preferences or to pair with a meal.
  • Air fryer times are approximate. Make adjustments based on your model.
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer. Cook in batches if needed.
  • Check the cauliflower every few minutes and give the air fryer basket a shake to prevent the cauliflower from burning.
  • Swap out the seasonings for your favorite blend of herbs and spices.
  • Serve with your favorite dip.
