Creamy Herbed Chicken is bathed in a creamy and flavorful sauce loaded with fresh herbs, plus it’s so simple to make. If you want diner fast, you’re in luck. This whole dish cooks in only 20 minutes, so it’s perfect for an easy weeknight meal.
Season the chicken breasts halves with Italian seasonings, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet with oil on a medium flame, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes until they turn slightly golden. Transfer them to a plate and set aside.
To the same skillet add the minced garlic and cook for a minute.
Add the chicken broth and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the whipping cream along with the fresh herbs and let it simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce begins to slightly thicken.
Transfer the chicken back to the skillet along with the juices from the chicken and cook for a couple of minutes.
Once done, garnish the creamy herbed chicken with fresh herbs and serve the chicken with some veggies on the side.

Select chicken breasts that are similar in size.
Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise for faster cooking.
Don’t overcook the chicken or it will be rubbery.
You can use boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken tenders if you prefer.
Experiment with seasonings and fresh herbs to find a combination that you love.
Take care not to over brown the garlic or it can become bitter.
For extra flavor, saute mushrooms and add them to the sauce.
