Cook the pasta according to the package instructions minus 1 minute and transfer the cooked pasta to a large bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil and toss. Add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasonings, black pepper and salt. Mix until well combined.
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Arrange the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket and top with cooking spray again.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes until they turn crispy and golden.
Garnish the pasta chips with fresh parsley and serve with marinara sauce.
- Cook the pasta 1 minute less than recommended.
- Drain the pasta well before proceeding with the recipe.
- Cook the pasta up to 2-3 days in advance and store it in the fridge. Toss the cooked pasta with a small amount of oil to prevent it from sticking together. Rinse and drain the pasta before continuing with the recipe.
- Toss the pasta with the oil and seasonings until all of the pasta is well coated.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. The pasta should be cooked in a single layer.
- Shake the air fryer basket a few times while the pasta chips cook.
