Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380 F
Wash the potatoes very well and cube them into 1 inch cubes. Rinse with cold water and drain. Pat them dry well with a kitchen towel to remove any moisture and transfer them to a bowl.
Add the oil, spices and mix to coat well.
Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer without over crowding. You want to give them enough space and cook two batches if need. This may depend on the size of your air fryer. So use your judgment.
Bake the potatoes in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, until crispy and tender. Shake the basket half way through.
Transfer the potatoes to a dish and serve.

Notes
Slice Evenly: Make sure to cut your potatoes into even-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
Don't Overcrowd: Avoid overloading the air fryer basket to allow proper air circulation and ensure crispiness.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheating helps the potatoes start cooking immediately, leading to a crispier result.
Shake the Basket: To promote even cooking, give the basket a shake every 5-7 minutes.
Serve Immediately: These potatoes are at their crispiest right out of the air fryer, so enjoy them while they're hot.
