Mix your marinade ingredients in a bowl then add in cubed salmon. Set aside.
Slice the veggies accordingly. Then sauté them in a pan/wok. Set aside.
In the pan with oil cook the salmon for 3 mins per side.
Add in the veggies and remaining sauce to the pan, cook for another 2-3 mins. Garnish and serve!
