Heat oil in dutch oven. Saute garlic and onion for 4-5 minutes. Add spices.

Stir in the lentil, and remaining ingredients. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Add cilantro and turn off flame.

Transfer the chili to a serving bowl. Garnish with lime wedges.
